On Saturday we had had a long day going to the E prep show and giant yard sale with Grandpa in the morning/early afternoon and then taking Uncle Matthew, Aunt Kathleen and Justin (Kathleen's friend) to the pool at the campground that evening. We ended up sleeping in and taking a lazy day. The biggest bummer was we missed stake conference at church, but the rest was really needed.
Brendon and Daddy snuggled up on the couch watching Wild Kratz.
Brendon loves sitting by this window because of the trees below it with a birds nest. He'll watch them off and on all day and thinks it is the coolest thing when the fly in and out. He also loves being able to watch the parking lot to see who is coming and going.
Here is a clip of Brendon singing to baby brother. He was trying to hear the baby singing too but said he was too quiet. Throughout the day he would come up and ask baby if he was Ok and would tell him what was happening on the movie.
At nap time Brendon told the baby that it was time to sit still and go to sleep. (The baby was kicking a lot at that point) Brendon was trying so hard to convince the baby to be still but finally gave up and snuggle with Daddy instead of Mommy. Brendon doesn't like to get kicked when he is snuggling with mommy but doesn't mind when it is his hand.
