Brendon is excited to be a big brother and to help us get ready for baby to come he helped to pack his own duffel bag. He calls it his Big Brother Bag. He is all excited about this bag because he got to pick out the material and help mommy make it. He will walk around the apartment asking for his Big Brother Bag.
When it was all done he helped pack some clothed, PJs, blanket and bathroom stuff (in it's own matching bathroom bag) into it so he can stay at Grandma and Grandpa's at a moments notice.
The bag is a little big on him but that was so he could grow into it. If I let the bag sit where he can get to it I find him putting more stuff in it and pulling things out so it is now sitting and the crib. He is so cute when he is packing/unpacking, everything has to be in the right place or he will take it all out again.
To help with him unpacking it all the time we made a matching single pocket bag that is big enough to hold books and a few toys. Now we just have to make sure we don't forget it when we go out or he gets sad.
