While helping Grandma with some cleaning we were able to find Uncle Matthew's Rescue Heros this weekend. Since then Brendon has enjoyed being able to play with them whenever we are over. Last night he had a few friends trying to enjoy the fun as well. The puppies would try to grab the strings attached to several of the toys and drag them around for Brendon to chase.
Here are a few videos of Brendon playing with the puppies after getting distracted from the toys. He loves being able to crawl on the floor and get tackled by his furry friends now that they are mobile and playing. (They were born the first week we got to Michigan 3 were almost born on Daddy's lap)
The puppies loved playing with Brendon last night, especially when the older dogs were outside. These are photos from throughout the night of Brendon when he would sit on the floor. He loves the puppy kisses and cuddles he would get with them. By the end of the night all the puppies were tuckered out and Brendon was ready for bedtime as well.
Puppies on Daddy's lap story:
While watching TV with my parents one night Nate was holding Snowball
(one of my Dad's dogs). We knew she was due soon but hadn't realized it
was then. Nate had gotten up to go down stairs to check on Brendon and I
had gone to grab a drink of water. In just a few seconds of us getting
up my sister Kathleen yelled to my mom that Snowball was having her
puppies! Lucky move if you ask me. Brendon was so excited to see them
the next day and would check on them every morning and afternoon to make
sure they were still there. Snowball had 3 black puppies Boots, Bear
and we don't know the last ones name because it was adopted out and
changed. Brendon would call them Anna, Elsa and Olaf up until this week.
