Everett is getting so big and is such a cutie as he figures things out. From the moment he wakes up till he falls asleep he is full of life. It is a blast to see him interacting, learning and playing with the world around him.
Here he was laying on our bed one morning and got a hold of Brendon's monster truck; big brother wasn't to happy about that and learned to put his toys away. Everett loved playing with it and was laughing up a storm as he rolled it onto his tummy. Play time ended abruptly when he scared himself by hitting one of the sound buttons.
Everett is a big cuddle bug and loves to chew on his hands. Most of the time he gets a better sleep is he is snuggled with someone of sucking on his thumb.
The right video is Everett watching himself on my cell screen and the left is him chomping on his hands. He loves watching himself in mirrors and screens, he has even gotten to the point where he will stick his tongue out at them and coo.
We had to move Everett's seat to the center of our car due to how often I had to climb in back when we were out and about and he would want to nurse or just have Mommy in sight. The thought was it would be less of a gymnastic show for me to climb in and out over car seats and bases but ended up being me spending less time in the back. Brendon is such a big brother and helps with Everett by talking to him, holding his hand and playing with him in the car. Above are some pictures of Everett playing with his bird that would fall to the side or his feet and Brendon would retrieve it for him (lucky for us it normally goes toward Brendon). Brendon even grabbed his blanket and put it on Everett's lap saying he was cold.
Everett seldomly plays till he falls asleep on the floor but this was such a tender moment. We had been doing tummy time and I got up to get some water and check on Brendon (Napping in his room) and came back 2 minutes later to find him completely out. It was so sweet to see how quickly he fell asleep and that he soothed himself without a blanket or nursing. I hated to move him and let him sleep with his blanket on for 30 minutes till Brendon woke up.
