Keeping Busy

 Brendon has been quite the busy body the last few weeks and trying to keep up with him has been a challenge for us. We've been working on channeling that energy and teaching him when it is time to stay calm and quiet and when he can go crazy. 

Brendon loves reading with Daddy and one book can become an easy 5 before he's done. Recently he has been lasting through some of the longer Dr Seuss books and Disney adventure stories. The best part about reading to him is when he tells us the stories later or when he wants to read.

 Our kitchen table has become a play table to Brendon whenever I am working on crafts. He will work on his side of the table and then tells me I have to work on mine. He loves playing close by and where he can see what I am doing.

 His all time favorite activity though is climbing on Daddy! It doesn't matter what Nathan is doing Brendon will come out of no where and attack. He's gotten to the point to where he will sit on Daddy until Nathan will play or get up and carry him around the apartment on his back.

 Brendon loves to play dress up too. Above is him singing the Itsy Bitsy Spider in his rain boots. He said he was dancing in the rain so the spider couldn't get him.
