Day at the ZOO!

After  long week we decided to take the kids to the Zoo. They have had this on their bucket list most of the summer so it was a fun one to check off. The best part was watching the boys try to find all the bronze animal sculptures throughout the park.

Although it was to cold to play in the frogs splash pad they got to at least sit on them and pretend to spray each other
Check out these goof balls! Just like their daddy they love to make faces at the camera.
Trying to make these 3 little guys smile and look at the camera at once is a process and we get lots of funny faces and pictures
These guys love their dad! They will do anything they can to be near him and walk with him. it can be a lot of fun watching their little legs try to keep up with his large stride.
E loves looking at water fountains and throwing penny's in them. His favorite part of this one is the animals, the bears holding the big bowl and the frogs at the bottom.
A wasn't sure what to think of the Giraffes yet E was so excited they were next to the trail for once. He and B kept trying to pick grass and feed them (we were 20ish feet away)

Baby Elephant. Our Zoo re-homed the elephants a few years back but they kept this bronze near their old habitat. B took his first picture with it at age 1 and has taken one every time we go. He wants to meet a real one one day.

  Train ride!
Little A cuddles and daddy rides

Penguin House! This time around we got to see them feeding the Penguins! Up close and live in action. B and E kept asking if they could feed them. A kept pointing at them and saying "Mine"
