For fun this year we made up some Christmas sticks to draw for activities to do leading up to Christmas. One night we made sugar cookies and pulled out our cookie cutters to make a lot of fun and playful shapes.
Brendon thought it was a blast to puch the cookie cutters down and then poke the inside (note the bell on the bottom left)
The following night we decorated! I wasn't the smartest about checking our food coloring supply and we reverted to our left over Easter colors. Brendon had a blast picking the colors and icing the cookies. He would decorate one then lick it or eat it then start again.
Daddy had fun getting messy too! Even though our colors were off it was a fun family night and we had some good laughs at Brendon's first time helping to frost cookies. We can't wait to do it again next year in Christmas colors and with more decorations!
